Nancy Holsten, a petite and fairly-new mother, was concerned that, being left-handed, she might "throw off" her classmates during the learning process. A few practice casts into an early session, we used her fine stroke as live demonstration of a beginner with the right mechanics.
So, all worked well . . . and we gained a solid participant in our sport.
