COURSE DATES:  March 17-29, 2008

NUMBER OF GUESTS: 8, plus 1-2 School of FlyFishing hosts

RATE: $4995 (US) per person, double occupancy from Los Angeles, CA, to New Zealand and return

DEPOSIT: $2000 (US) per person, payable within 7 days of reservation request.  Balance payable 60 days prior (January 17, 2008)

CANCELLATION:  Cancellations within 90 days of the trip (up to December 17, 2007), are refundable less a $250 per person handling fee.  Thereafter, deposits are nonrefundable unless replacement is provided.

TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE:  We recommend trip cancellation insurance.  TravelSafe is one company.  We can provide their information.

RATE INCLUDES:

1. #nights/days . . . 12 nights, 13 days
2. round trip air fare from Los Angeles to Auckland/Queenstown on Air New Zealand (non-stop both ways)
3. 10 nights lodging:
   1. 7 nights at Nokomai Station, Southland NZ
   2. 3 nights Dairy Private Hotel/Queenstown, Southland NZ
4. meals:
   1. all meals at Nokomai Station
   2. breakfasts at Dairy Private Hotel
5. 5-6 flyfishing days:
   1. 2 days of guided fishing (one guide per 2 anglers)
   2. 3-4 days of fishing on our own (School staff)
6. 4WD vehicle . . . 1 per 4 guests
7. NZ Goods & Services Taxes (12.5%)

RATE DOES NOT INCLUDE:

1. travel, meals or lodging between Los Angeles and attendee's home (we can help with air travel)
2. meals other than specified: e.g., in Queenstown, etc.
3. fuel required for driving
4. gratuities: e.g., to guides, lodging staff, restaurants, etc.
5. fishing license ($15-$30)

OPTIONAL EXPENSES:

1. helicopter or airplane flights (arranged as desired at Nokomai)
2. additional guiding days with local guide ($435/day shared by two anglers)
3. personal purchases in Auckland, Queenstown, Christchurch, etc.
4. alcoholic beverages (usually at duty free shop in Auckland)
