Youth FlyFishing School
A new youth-only flyfishing school will be held for youths ages 9-14 at Mahoney State Park near Ashland, Nebraska, midway between Omaha and Lincoln.  The introductory course will be taught by Katie Cole, Program Manager for the National FlyFishing in Schools Program (NFFSP), and instructor for The School of FlyFishing.

The purpose of the course is to introduce youth to many of the wonders of flyfishing, the outdoors and nature.  Students will learn . . . tying knots, "insectology", flies, casting & more...
